Tafakkur is seeking a Translation & Creative Operations Coordinator to support our publishing, curricula, and training projects. This role bridges translation, design, and production, ensuring smooth workflows, high-quality outputs, and alignment with Tafakkur’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation tasks and ensure consistency across Arabic/English content.
• Manage workflows for creative projects: layouts, printables, curricula, and marketing assets.
• Oversee version control, deadlines, and priorities for files and design tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on translated texts and designed materials.
• Liaise with designers, translators, printers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Lightly oversee warehouse stock levels and request reprints in time when quantities run low.

 

Qualifications

• Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Background in translation, publishing, or creative production preferred.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
