نبذة عن الوظيفة نبحث عن موظف منظم وموثوق لإدارة أعمال المستودعات والعمليات اللوجستية والدعم التشغيلي، بما يضمن كفاءة تدفق المواد والطلبات وسلاسة الإجراءات الإدارية ذات العلاقة. المسؤوليات الرئيسية استلام وتخزين وتنظيم البضائع داخل المستودعات وإجراء الجرد الدوري. تجهيز ومتابعة الطلبيات والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة وتسليمها بكفاءة. توصيل البضائع والمواد حسب متطلبات العمل. إنجاز المعاملات الرسمية والتراخيص المرتبطة بالعمل ومتابعتها مع الجهات المختصة. تحصيل المدفوعات وتسديد الالتزامات المالية المرتبطة بالعمليات التشغيلية. تنفيذ المشتريات التشغيلية اللازمة لسير العمل. تقديم الدعم اللوجستي والميداني للأعمال اليومية حسب الحاجة. المتطلبات رخصة قيادة سارية (جير عادي). إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office. مهارات تنظيم عالية والقدرة على إدارة عدة مهام. القدرة على التعامل مع الجهات الرسمية والإجراءات الإدارية. الأمانة والدقة وتحمل مسؤولية العمل. العمر بين 23- 33 سنة. للاستفسار، تواصل عبر careers@tafakkur.com من نحن – تفكّر تفكّر مؤسسة تربوية متخصصة في تطوير المناهج والبرامج التعليمية وبناء القدرات في مجال التربية وعلم النفس التربوي، وتعمل مع المدارس والمعلمين والأسر لتقديم حلول تعليمية نوعية تدعم بناء شخصية متوازنة وتنمية التفكير لدى الأطفال.
اطلع على التفاصيلنبحث في أكاديمية تفكر عن معلمين ومعلمات مميزين يتمتعون بالشغف والحماس والاهتمام الحقيقي بإفادة الأطفال، لتقديم برنامج تفكّر عن بعد عبر Zoom للطلاب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 6 و13 عامًا. سيكون للمعلم دور محوري في تنمية شخصية الطلاب، وتعزيز إيمانهم بالله، وإرشادهم خلال المنهج المنظم لبرنامج تفكّر. المسؤوليات الرئيسية تدريس منهج تفكّر عبر الإنترنت للأطفال بين 6 و13 عامًا. خلق بيئة صفية افتراضية تفاعلية وجذابة. بناء علاقات قوية مع الطلاب ودعم تنميتهم الشخصية والأخلاقية والدينية. الالتزام بتسلسل المنهج ومحتوى برنامج تفكّر. التواصل الفعّال مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور عند الحاجة. الوقت اللازم: ● عدد الحصص في الأسبوع الواحد (حصتين) بمعدل 45 - 60 دقيقة لكل حصة. ● عدد الساعات المطلوبة من المعلم لكل شعبة 5 ساعات أسبوعياً للدورة الأولى، (تصبح ثلاث ساعات ونصف أسبوعياً في حال انضم المعلم للدورات اللاحقة) تشمل هذه الساعات خلال الأسبوع الواحد : حصتين + تحضير فردي لكل حصة + تحضير جماعي مع المشرفة ومتابعات أخرى مع المشرفة وأهالي الطلاب. ● الأيام المتوقعة للحصص هي: (الجمعة والسبت) أو (السبت والأحد ) أو (الاثنين والاربعاء).
