نبحث عن... نبحث عن مدير حسابات أول - مبيعات الشركات للمساهمة في تعزيز نمو تفكّر في الأردن، من خلال بناء علاقات قوية مع المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية وتحويل الفرص إلى شراكات طويلة الأمد. ستتاح لك الفرصة لبناء فهم قوي لحلولنا التعليمية، والتعرف على احتياجات المؤسسات، والتعبير عن قيمة حلولنا بثقة، ومرافقة العملاء بدءًا من التواصل الأول وحتى مرحلة التنفيذ. المسؤوليات استقطاب واستهداف وتطوير حسابات جديدة من المدارس والمؤسسات التعليمية في مختلف أنحاء الأردن. بناء علاقات موثوقة مع صانعي القرار الرئيسيين، بما في ذلك ملاك المدارس ومديريها والقيادات الأكاديمية. إدارة دورة المبيعات الكاملة في قطاع الأعمال بين الشركات بدءًا من فهم احتياجات العميل والعروض التقديمية، وصولًا اإلى إعداد المقترحات والتفاوض وإتمام الصفقات. تحويل حلول تفكّر التعليمية إلى عروض قيمة مقنعة ترتبط بوضوح باحتياجات كل مؤسسة وأولوياتها. إعداد حلول ومقترحات مخصصة تحقق قيمة حقيقية لكل عميل. إدارة الحسابات الحالية وتنميتها، وتحديد فرص التوسع والتعاون طويل الأمد. العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الأكاديمية والتدريبية والتطويرية والتشغيلية لضمان نجاح عملية التنفيذ. متابعة العملاء ومعالجة التحديات وتعزيز العلاقات معهم بما يتجاوز إتمام عملية البيع. متابعة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين وتقديم فرص وأفكار جديدة للفريق. الحفاظ على دقة بيانات ومراحل فرص المبيعات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات والإيرادات المتفق عليها. متابعة عمليات شحن وتسليم المنتجات والتأكد من سيرها بالشكل المطلوب. المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المبيعات للأعمال، أو إدارة الحسابات، أو تطوير الأعمال، أو الشراكات يُفضّل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة سجل حافل في بناء العلاقات والتفاوض وتقديم العروض وإتمام الصفقات إجادة ممتازة للتواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية عقلية قائمة على البحث والقدرة على فهم المفاهيم التعليمية المعقدة بسرعة القدرة على التواصل بثقة مع صانعي القرار من المستويات العليا والتعامل مع استفسارات العملاء التفصيلية القدرة على العمل باستقلالية والتحلي بروح المبادرة وتحمل المسؤولية القدرة على السفر عند الحاجة عن تفكُّر تفكُّر مؤسسة تربوية تُعنى بتطوير مناهج بناء الشخصية وبرامج تدريب المعلمين، وتمتد شراكاتها لأكثر من 30 دولة منذ أكثر من عقد من الزمن

We are looking for a native English speaker with a strong command of Arabic to join our Development & Technical Support team. In this role, you will support partner schools around the world in implementing the Tafakkur curriculum, ensure the quality of both the English and Arabic versions of our educational content, and serve as a bridge between the two languages at a depth that goes well beyond translation. About the team The Development & Technical Support department supports and qualifies institutions implementing the Tafakkur curriculum around the world. This is done through field visits, remote sessions, email, and communication groups. The team develops the performance of supervisors and teachers, tracks and documents learning outcomes scientifically, and produces research-grade reports for educational partners. The team also supports the supervision department at Tafakkur Academy when needed. What you'll do Conduct supervisory visits to partner schools — both in-person and remotely — to ensure quality of implementation Travel (when needed) to support schools outside Jordan — up to 4 field visits per academic year, each no longer than six days Respond to supervisors' inquiries across various communication channels Share documents and curriculum materials with schools and track their impact Prepare school performance reports and summarize research findings Organize training sessions and end-of-semester meetings with partner schools Identify and resolve quality issues in curriculum implementation Attend weekly team meetings within the Development & Technical Support department Review Arabic curriculum materials in depth, compare them against English translations, and propose edits to ensure meaning and nuance are accurately carried across both versions Represent Tafakkur at external events and school meetings Support and follow up with teaching staff at Tafakkur Academy Support the sales team on technical matters related to new and existing partner schools Contribute to any other tasks that serve the development department's goals, and support other teams when needed Language requirements — please read carefully before applying English — native or mother-tongue level This role requires a native English speaker, or someone who has lived in an English-speaking country long enough that English feels like a first language in both written and spoken form. If English is a second language you learned academically or professionally, this position is likely not the right fit. Arabic — working proficiency required The Tafakkur curriculum originates in Arabic and is translated into English. You will need to read Arabic source materials in depth, critically compare them against their English translations, and identify where meaning, nuance, or intent has been lost or altered. This goes beyond conversational Arabic — you need to be comfortable engaging with educational and conceptual content in the language.
