Tafakkur is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist with proven expertise in talent acquisition and HR strategy. In this senior role, you will lead the company’s recruitment efforts, develop strategic talent pipelines, and guide HR initiatives that align with Tafakkur’s organizational goals. You will also mentor junior HR staff and play a key role in shaping our company culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and strategically oversee the full talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for critical roles.

Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments.

Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and build succession plans.

Mentor and guide junior HR staff, providing training and support in recruitment and HR operations.

Develop, refine, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Drive initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to optimize HR strategies.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition, ideally in a managerial or senior specialist capacity.

Proven track record in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates.

Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.

Proficiency in HR software, recruitment tools, and analytics.
