Role Summary

As a Learning Experience & Psychology Specialist at Tafakkur, you will ensure that every student experiences the Tafakkur Program as a journey of emotional growth and learning. Your work will center on understanding students’ psychological needs, guiding parents, and supporting teachers to build strong, trust-based relationships that enhance motivation and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with parents to understand each child’s emotional and behavioral needs.

• Provide practical, psychology-based guidance that strengthens the mother–child relationship and supports learning at home.

• Respond to teachers’ concerns about students’ motivation or behavior with evidence-based psychological advice.

• Coordinate with parents and teachers to ensure each student receives consistent emotional and learning support.

• Follow up on attendance, engagement, and overall well-being, focusing on re-engagement and retention.

• Prepare concise reports documenting student cases, parent feedback, and implemented solutions.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of a positive, emotionally safe learning environment for all.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Counseling, or Child Development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of child and family dynamics in learning contexts.

• Ability to document insights clearly and provide actionable recommendations.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
