We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Account Manager and Psychology Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our character-building educational courses and books to families and parents. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth, as well as representing Tafakkur at book fairs and other events.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute advanced strategic account plans to meet and exceed targets.

Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, social media, events).

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to parents and families.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Discover new opportunities for growth through networking and creating long term partnership.

Response to complaints and resolve issues facing customers, and conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.

Represent Tafakkur at book fairs, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach materials and campaigns.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Mentor and support junior account team members.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and articulate the value of character-building educational products.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools (Google Sheets, Excel, ChatGPT, Notion…)
