We are looking for a detail-oriented and tactful individual, someone with a strong sense of responsibility and the interpersonal skill to be the first point of contact between Tafakkur and our visitors, customers, and partners. If you're someone who pays close attention to the details and can juggle multiple tasks without letting quality slip, we'd love to have you on our team.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Greet visitors and provide them with any required information

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other social media channels

• Provide general support to visitors

• Maintain contact lists

• Prepare Excel sheets, reports, certificates, and other documents as needed

• Keep all company websites up to date

• Contribute to content creation and storytelling for company publications and releases

• Represent the company at events, job fairs, and book fairs as needed

• Attend training sessions, both in-office and at external events

• Work closely with the training team to provide the best service to our customers

• Manage online orders and track payments and shipping

• Manage online and offline media storage

• Maintain a working knowledge of company products and services to communicate effectively with customers

• Stay informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes

• Support managers and departments as needed
   

 

Requirements

 

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and communications

• Tact and diplomacy in dealing with visitors, customers, and colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in any a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role

• Strong command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and social media platforms professionally

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and departments simultaneously

• Based in or able to commute to Amman (Medical City St. area)
