We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Account Manager and Psychology Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our character-building educational courses and books to families and parents. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth, as well as representing Tafakkur at book fairs and other events.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced strategic account plans to meet and exceed targets.

• Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, social media, events).

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to parents and families.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Discover new opportunities for growth through networking and creating long term partnership.

• Response to complaints and resolve issues facing customers, and conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.

• Represent Tafakkur at book fairs, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach materials and campaigns.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

• Mentor and support junior account team members.

 

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand and articulate the value of character-building educational products.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools (Google Sheets, Excel, ChatGPT, Notion…)
